There really is no one way to do meditation.
Yet, the key is to DO it.
Meditation is a journey.
We decide what we want to get out of it.
Whatever we believe in is what will happen.
And, when you want to have change,
Listen to what you are guided to DO while meditating.
The truth is always revealed when we quiet ourselves and relax.
Yes, tears or other emotions may arise.
Allow, feel, release, change, and embrace the experiences.
And, meditation can be DOne anywhere anytime.
We are so very blessed.
