The Spirit of Christmas

We teach our children to have the spirit of Christmas in their hearts all year!

We started two years ago paying it forward $5 a day during the holidays.

Now th is year, we pay it forward $5 a day almost every day of the year.

We are learning to give anonymously.
It is about not knowing who it goes to,
Yet trusting the Creator will give it to who is ready to receive!

You can share a smile, a handshake, a hug, it does not have to be money. You can give something of yours away. Share kind words!

Enjoy the spirit of decorating with family and friends who are in your hearts!

Miracles are Real

When we hear the word ‘Miracle’, we tend to think of that miraculous, surprising, all of a sudden experience. Basically, the ‘overnight’ Miracle.
Now, yes these do happen, yet…

I want you to know that when miracles do occur,
It is because you change your inner self,
YOUR thoughts, feelings, words, actions, habits, behaviors, beliefs, and/or choices.

Something or many things change WITHIN you!

YOUR world changes,
YOUR life flows better,
You are happier!

YES, miracles.
Look around at life,
Every moment is a wow moment,
If we just change what we think about what we are looking at, how we feel about it, or look at something totally different!

To My Yogi Friends in the World.

With tears in my eyes, I have experienced getting tighter over the last two years.

And now within the last SIX days…for a miracle…my muscles are relaxing, stretching again! Absolutely amazing!

Yet, the miracle is due to CHANGES I have made with what I put IN my MIND and BODY.

YES, both matters!

To all My Yogi Friends, KNOW that if you have lost flexibility, you can have it again! As I am fortunate to have this journey! One of those things, you do not appreciate as much as you can until you no longer have it!

I Give Thanks

I Give Thanks.

I give thanks for…

my faith, health, family, friends, and so much more.

I have been tighter than usual while doing yoga for awhile now. And, starting yesterday, I am starting to experience stretching, a little bit, as I used to.

Sometimes we think we will not experience the joy or freedom we had, yet the key is to keep digging deeper until you get at the ’causes’.

It brings tears to my eyes knowing the limitations I have felt for quite sometime. Now that I am experiencing a bit of freedom, here and there, for the last few days, I am opening my mind to feeling the greatness of flexibility and strength again!

I have a ways to go, yet I am excited to see what each new day brings!
